cast member gave from his/her heart to make this film possible. Sabrina
Lloyd did not know Sign Language when she agreed to play the role of
Mary. She
took both individual and group sign language classes to learn not only
her lines, but also the other signing characters' lines. Sabrina’s
extraordinary effort brings a real authenticity to her character. For
the role of Andrew, Anthony Natale interviewed parents who
lost children to delve deeper into the
psychological impact of loss as well as the bereavement process. All
the actors in this little film gave their time, talent, energy and commitment
to the project. Their achievement is a testimony to what can be accomplished
when people work together to promote human connection, love, and forgiveness
and to celebrate a minority cultural group, Deaf culture.
